| After hours and emergency service is always at the ready and details can | ||

2. How much does the service cost? |

| Every job is unique and therefore varies in cost due to accessability, | ||
| equipment needed and size of job. For these reasons one of our field | ||
| supervisors will need to do an on site quote free of charge. | ||
| 3. How do I organise a free quote? | ||
| It's as easy as calling our head office during business hours, or one of our | ||
| field supervisors in an emergency. Otherwise send us an email to | ||
| of our friendly team members will contact you at our earliest convenience. | ||
| 4. What is stump grinding? | ||
| Stump grinding uses machinery to pulp the remaining portion of the trunk | ||
| after the tree has been removed. Aside from removing the unsightly stump, | ||
| this also removes the chance of termite infestations. | ||
| 5. Who is responsible for the tree on the nature strip / verge? | ||
| It is always best to contact your local council as they may have a preferred | ||
| contractor, if not you will have to gain written permission from your council | ||
| before any work can be done. | ||
